CAPRICORN NEW MOON

This new moon in Capricorn says: Words are cheap and showing up strong for yourself is available- So what are you about?  One of my least favorite ways that we often relate to Saturn is ‘getting through it.’

In moments of the crossroads, like this month, we know deep down that choices that we make are definitive to our paths, WE KNOW that we cannot bare to go backwards and WE KNOW that our actions need to reflect this onward and forward. And so we ‘get through’ becuase there’s no other way to go. 🌎

And getting through means, no complaining, no pleading, no back peddling, it means being accountable to your life and the truth upon which you stand.

This new moon is brought to you by Saturn in Pisces, where the work feels more soul centered than ever. And because of this, the words to describe what is happening internally fall drastically short, and the work can seem bigger and more daunting.

And as we push forward, organizing our days and hours with the hope of a better year, universal grief is in the foreground (and background) for us all.

I have no words to offer you that can even come close, but I did make you a playlist that may strike a cord within.

So come close with your fears of insignificance and be filled with your longing for eternity,

And even while lacking the words to bring solace, come with your child like urge to be lulled into embrace,

In the space where all is relative, we can feel both lost and found 🔱

THE PARADOX OF NOURISHMENT, is an audio recording of my thoughts on food and ancestral healing.

This conversation is inspired by the Soul Shine retreat that me and Yael of Kundalini Alchemy are hosting on Jan 19, 2024 in the Bay Area. The link between food, nourishment and ancestral healing is something that I think about often as a chef. Check out this episode in the link below.
