Scorpio Spiritual Cleanse
WE GOING IN on the physical and spiritual cleanse during this Scorpio season, with MUCH to be releasing.
This 4 day cleanse encapsulates the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction and ends on the long awaited Mars rX station direct AND leading us to the New Moon in Scorpio.
Our insights are sharpened during Scorpio season and with the help of the Jupiter Pluto Conjunction our ability to zoom in to the microscopic level of our inner landscape is enhanced, and the potential of finding new perspectives to deep wounds is part of Jupiter’s grace. As we cleanse we will be supporting a very special process as Jupiter and Pluto only come together in the sky every 13 years. This planetary combination often denotes monetary wealth, as well as a lens into ones personal powers- The intention of this cleanse is to maximize this transit to enhance our insights and find diamonds of wisdom within as we purge through much of the muck from the past 3 years.
Mars rX squaring Saturn Pluto during the rX asks for INTEGRATION to the lessons learned learned this year. And that heavy, slow Pluto Saturn dynamic pulls in lessons from the past 3 years if you really want to dive deeper into introspection. For the seekers of truth, the Saturn Pluto contacts are much more associated with ancestral storylines and the healing the weight of our past. This Mars rX is the last major contact of this sore knuckle in the sky, and as it stations DIRECT at the end of the cleanse it will be so refreshing to walk forward- lighter, physically and spiritually purified and empowered.
Scorpios relationship to the excretion process and genitals
Scorpio rules the processes that we do not often talk about in casual conversation. Pee pee poo poo and sexing. Nutrients which were once delectable foods once digested are no longer usable by the body and released as waste. This final phase of the digestion is cleansing for the body and make room for the continuous process of hunger, sustenance and release.
Sex is both a physiological function as well as a pleasurable act for most. Scorpio energy is about aligned desire. The power of the Scorpio laser focus is when mind, body & spirit are working together for powerful execution. This is why Scorpio’s nature can be somewhat calculated, Jedi-like precision is so much a part of this archetype.
Scorpios nature of clearing away what is not necessary and the keen attunement to what is most DESIRED is a superpower.

Very excited to do an IN-DEPTH cleanse with you all, this entire process can be honored as a ritual and it will be beautiful to be on this journey together. As this cleanse is astrologically timed, the cleanse and planetary weather support deeper healing, personal revelation & empowerment.

About the Ritual Package:
Curated specifically for this transit I gathered the items and blessed these items in ritual as the Sun was trine to Pluto on Sept 14 @ 12:38pm. The Sun being a force of illumination and Pluto being our connection to the inherent shadows within, the energy of deep healing and clarity are imbued into these items.

These are suggested foods for a parasite cleanse that will also be relevant to a heavy metal detox. Parasites thrive in acidic environments, so the more pollutants in the body the more likely we are going to be susceptible to parasites. And they are in so many of our foods, particularly in raw meats and fish but can also be found in the dirt as well. That is why our own alkalinity in the body is important as well as organic foods! If you love sashimi, you are likely exposed to parasites sorry to tell you, but I think that is why having practices and knowing the foods to support you while you enjoy your fave treats is important.
A parasite cleanse diet will definitely be like most cleanses, minimizing meats, and cutting out dairy and sugar. The extent of how you want to do this is up to you. As we prepare for Mars to station direct it may be quite nice to give yourself a boost before we move full steam ahead with the rest of the year. Things will pick up, truly!
Suggested foods will be ingredients that are high in antioxidants, probiotic, contain A vitamins and are strengthening to the digestion. Additionally, foods that push out heavy metals (chelating) will be helpful as well. I wouldn’t think that there will be ‘glowy’ vibe for this cleanse. It’s a bit hard right now as the bite of autumn is upon us and it is very drying on the skin. So lets be cautious about how we treat ourselves during this cleanse. Gentle is always better than overdone. Ingredients to incorporate that will support this cleanse will be sunflower seeds, papaya (definitely the seeds are anti-parasitic), pineapple, unsweetened dairy free yogurt, cilantro, sweet potatoes, flaxseeds, carrots, wild blueberries, dulse.
Don’t forget your proteins! The suggested recipes are not all you should eat for 3-4 days, they are suggested foods to incorporate to how you would normally eat (with this cleanse in mind). Please make sure you are nourished. The extent of how much you want to minimize foods is up to you!
These recipes are totally for you to play with. I am lazy and would prefer to maybe make 3 things this entire time and just eat off that lol. Here is my game plan:
Breakfast:
Warmed Chia pudding with wild blueberries
-frozen wild blueberries (frozen wild blueberries retain their high levels of antioxidants)
-chia seeds
-unsweetened dairy free mylk
-handful of sunflower seeds
-a few drops of monk fruit sweetener or stevia
-can add pear as an autumn modifier and maybe will take the place of a sweetener
-can also top with ground flax seeds
Take a large container and fill 1/8 of the container will chia seeds, pour in seeds/nuts, add a generous portion of blueberries, cover with mylk, let sit overnight. Add mylk if the mixture is not creamy.
For breakfast, heat the pudding and serve. Top with non-dairy yogurt and a small amount of flax seeds. When eating flax seeds, hydration is so important. In general this cleanse requires a lot of hydration!
The time of year requires foods that are warm as it can really slow down the digestion. Please heat up your breakfast.
Smoothie Snack:
Pineapple
Papaya, also use the seeds! 1 tsp per serve
Sunflower seeds
Coconut Yogurt
Unsweetened Mylk
Raw tumeric
(Please try to let this get to room temperature when you drink it. Smoothies are not recommended at this time of year, but this is a really helpful recipe. As we are detoxing, we need a lot of vitamin C and antioxidants to help move out the toxins, otherwise they can linger in the body)
Anything Soup:
-Vegetable broth or bone broth
-Onion / Leeks
-Cabbage
-Potato
-Beets
-Handful of grains that have been soaking overnight - like mung beans, millet, brown rice, whatever really
-Greens of any kind
-Turmeric or curry powder to taste
Try to be mindful of using too much salt here but as long as theres lots of cabbage and you get a good sized beet in, it should be pretty nice. Feel free to customize as much as you’d like.
Sautée the aromatics and then add stock and throw in the veggies and let it all cook down. I would add the greens and potatos last and cook down to your desired softness. This is a very simple thing but will be nice and clean.
Vibey ‘dressing’ - Very cleansing, heavy metal detoxifying.
1 avocado
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 parsley optional
1 tsp of chickpea miso, regular miso is okay but not as delish
pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic
3-4 tblspn olive oil
1 tblspn apple cider vinegar
2 tblspn lemon juice
dash of cayenne optional
Important - Top with a few sprinkles of dulse. Dulse will seep out Mercury and make sure it does not re-enter the body, so a great ingredient for heavy metal detoxing.
Blend all ingredients together. Can add water to get to desired consistency. Dressing will last for 3-4 days, but best fresh. Try over grilled or pan seared romaine lettuce. Can top over steamed broccoli or as a salad dressing. Goes great with bell peppers.

Here are some items that you can also support yourself with during and after the cleanse.
Intestinal edge tincture - Parasite cleanse - If you love sashimi and meats, parasites are a thing you want to be mindful of. I really do enjoy this product, you may be familiar with it if you’re spent time overseas or in rural countries for long periods of time. When doing this type of work, I have taken a few drops or a dropper full before bed with incredible dreams.
Chaparral flower essence - Incredible flower essence for cleansing spiritually and emotionally
Star of Bethlehem flower essence - Helpful in working with and releasing emotional trauma
Yarrow flower essence - Protective flower essence for the open and sensitive type. Can be helpful while in a more open and reflective headspace. I also highly recommend the bug off spray from Willows touch.
My favorite shelf stable probiotic if you need a boost in your digestive function - *possible* indications you need a probiotic may be:
difficulty with digestion even when eating well and at proper times
bad breath / body odor
sensitivity to sugars or gluten
scaly or bumpy skin or dandruff or even eczema (possible, although eczema indicates other issues as well)
