Getting ready for Week 4 (Nov 7-Nov 12)
As we move into the Water element module and the Lunar Eclipse, the concept of release will be very relevant and a primary focus in our training for the upcoming week.
A light cleanse to support the energetics of the week will be ideal. Please be listen to your body and do not push yourself too hard as this week will be activating to the nervous system. Sometimes when we cleanse it can be ungrounding. Grounding should be priority first and foremost. Do not cleanse if pregnant.
On Sat Nov 5, during our learning module I will be sharing a chord cutting ritual that you can perform on your own time. I will be able to build more context around the suggested cleanse and answer any quesitons.
Here are some suggestions for working with Week 4:
Part of the ritual kit is the parasite blend. These can be taken in the morning with tea / breakfast or in the evening. One per day is fine and if anything is more along the lines of energetic rather than a full on parasite cleanse.
Maintaining alkalinity will suffice for a way to relate to the idea of cleansing. Foods that are alkaline will usually be raw fruits, greens and most vegetables. Foods that are acid forming are dairy, gluten, processed foods, meats and refined sugar. Try to minimize these foods. One way to increase alkalinity will simply be lemon water in the mornings before food.
If any suggestions are not resonant to you that is completely fine, one way to think about incorporating release into your week is to minimize heavy foods after 6-7pm. Instead of reaching for an oily/sugary snack, have fruit.
If it is in your practice, consider doing an enema within the week esp after a few days of cleansing. This will help to move toxins that are being pushed out of the organs as you cleanse. I will not give instructions here as this is optional and something that can be done if this resonates with you.
Suggested Recipes:
Cabbage Kale Leek Saute`
1 medium cabbage
1-2 leeks
1 bunch kale
Slice and clean leeks (only use white bottom part)
Roughly chop cabbage, kale leaves (remove stem)
Add oil to large pan and saute` leeks until fully cooked, option to add a small amount of chopped ginger to help with digesting greens.
Add cabbage and kale and cook down
Season with salt and pepper. Can also add soy sauce/liquid aminos and ground tumeric. Nutritional yeast is a great flavor addition to this dish. Can also add herbs like culinary sage/thyme/rosemary/cayenne for added immuno-stimulating effect though plain flavors taste nice with this dish. Can top with ground flax seeds if you really want that great bowel movement.
This will yield a large portion of vegetables that can be eaten with your lunch and dinner. And you can work through this during the week. Highly recommend as a way to incorporate veggies into each meal.
Switch out the standard breakfast of eggs / bread with fruit.
Not much of a recipe than a way to cleanse without feeling starved/hungry.
Consider having a meal of just red grapes. They will stimulate the lymphatic system, help the kidneys and are very hydrating.
Cute smoothie can be used as breakfast. Powerful digestive tonic, great for skin
PAPAYA SMOOTHIE
Handful of chopped papaya
Almond milk to taste
optional a few chunks of pineapple
can add 1-2 tsp of the seeds (anti-parasitic, do not add if pregnant)
During the cleanse, try to completely minimize dairy, sugar, meats, gluten and deep-fried foods. These are difficult to digest and cause inflammation to the digestive organs. If you have a hard time letting go of breads and meats, eat them during lunch so that your body will have time to process them. To heal the digestive organs, minimizing heavy foods after 7pm is necessary. So instead of reaching for an oily/salty late night snack, eat as many red grapes as you like! They are full of heart healing compounds, fiber and antioxidants. They will support a healthy bowel movement, which is what we are aiming for during this cleanse. If you have a practice of intermittent fasting, this would also be appropriate for this cleanse as long as your meals are balanced.
Wild Blueberry Cilantro Smoothie
Frozen wild blueberries
handful of cilantro
Avocado
banana
Oranges
May not sound particularly appetizing, but this will be very cleansing as wild blueberries are very high in antioxidants esp when purchased frozen. The cilantro helps with detoxification of heavy metals which supports in ridding the body of parasites.
Glazed Trumpet Mushrooms
A lovely way to sub meat and still feel satiated
3–4 Trumpet Mushrooms
Tamari (gluten free soy sauce) or liquid aminos
Date syrup (can be purchased at traders joes, whole foods, sprouts)
Optional:
Ginger
Scallions
Cut mushrooms into thin slices lengthwise (1/8 in)
On medium high heat, add neutral oil to pan and lightly brown
When the mushrooms are lightly cooked through add 2 tblsn of tamari and then 3-4 tblsn of date syrup let this cook to get a glossy glaze. Add ginger and top with scallions
Make sure you are eating proteins! Eat balanced meals. I am not giving you food suggestions for the entire week. Incorporate your lifestyle into this cleanse and just reduce the crappy foods and switch out with these cleanse items.
Lastly, I am not a doctor. The information I am giving is suggestive and does not substitute for the medical advise from a physician. I have a background in holistic healing and I am merely sharing foods that I consume often.

We are just moments away from our training that starts on Monday.
Here are some important updates.
For those of you wanting to use the ritual kit and participate in the cleanse, you must complete the very short agreement below.
This Saturday, I will upload the first learning module this weekend it is approximately 1 hour and will be the most information dense module. Very powerful and effective way of understand astrology and how it relates practically.
We will meet next Saturday (live through Zoom) for a brief learning module at 11am pst for 1 hour.
On Monday Oct 17, we begin practice and start our sacred container <3
In terms of starting your ritual, it will be something that you do on your own within the upcoming week. Below I have wrote out suggested times and more information about the kit.
Our suggested foods cleanse will be the third week of training with more info to come!

This ritual kit was designed for use during the periods of Oct 17-November 23.
The suggestions made about the time to initiate your ritual is astrologically based and focuses on the eclipse cycle. For magical practitioners, feel free to use your own intuition as these are suggestive.
My only request is to refrain from doing any ritual on the day of the eclipse solar eclipse October 25 & lunar eclipse November 7. If you wish to do some form of magical workings just cast protection over yourself and your space.
Additional items needed in preparation for your ritual:
Candle Holder
Ceramic Incense burner (for charcoal, must be very thick) I will usually put sand or salt in the burner so that it absorbs some of the heat as charcoal tablets can burn up to 500 degrees I believe.
Basin for foot bath
Towel for foot bath
Additional sea salt for foot bath (Optional)
Journal or paper/pen
A sanctioned space for your ritual, your altar or a space where your candle will not be disturbed
Ideal times for initiating your ritual:
**Conceptually, the time of initiation is important for ensuring the result that you would like to achieve. Choosing the ‘right time’ to do something astrologically is always a challenge as the planets are continually in motion and relation to one another. Its kind of like gathering the perfect ingredients for a recipe, except the store you are getting your ingredients always has rotating suppliers always with varying quality - So we try to get the best ingredients that are available to make the recipe. LOL a sad, but hopefully helpful metaphor to explain planetary elections.
If we were to go by a rating system for ensuring effectiveness of achieving release, doing things on the waning phase of a monthly lunar cycle is 2 points. Closing out stale and stagnant energies during a scorpio eclipse cycle is like 8 points.
Additional suggestions of times to refine your ritual time can be an added 5 points:
Between the evening of October 17 and the evening of October 22 are ideal times to begin your ritual.
By the evening of October 17, we will be with the darkening of the moon, after its 3rd quarter, which is an ideal time for reflection and supporting the process of release.
Tuesday Oct 18 around 10:30pm - (If you have an astrology program it should show a Cancer Ascendant) Moon sextile to mercury and trine Chiron. Moon further applies to Uranus and Saturn. Will suggest revelation in ways that are both exciting and sobering. Seems to mirror the upcoming Mars rX cycle with Netpune and Jupiter above head. Good for a kick in the butt if you’re ready for that, although the overall energetics of this eclipse cycle are already that way.
Weds Oct 19 around 10:30pm - (If you have an astrology program it should show a Cancer Ascendant) Friendly-ish aspects of the moon to Mars Venus and Sun. Although Sun is exactly square Pluto, will be a great time for clarity around setting an intention. If you couldn’t think of an intention it may show up this day as Sun/Pluto contacts offer intense reveals. No malefics on angles and Jupiter Neptune above head. Healing vibes and will highlight communications and mindset.
Friday Oct 21 between 6:13pm-6:21pm (if you have an astrology program try to get a Taurus rising) - Moon trine Uranus in first house. Sun Venus conjunction (cazimi) setting in the sky. An ideal time to reflect on yourself and all that is birthing through you. Developing a stronger sense of self and reimagining/reframing relational patterns.
Sat Oct 22 approx 7:42pm-7:48pm - (if you have an astrology program try to get the time closest to a Gemini Ascendant @ 00’) Moon oppose Jupiter, Mercury trine Saturn. Moon is in the balsamic phase, the very last moments of light before the eclipse. This is a moment where the eclipse energy will start to intensify and more of the information will start to come in in regards to what is clearing and processing during the upcoming eclipse period. The Mercury/Saturn and Moon/Jupiter contact feels stabilizing and inspiring.
Sunday Oct 23 evening - The last day before it gets eclipsy, There are no aspects (no activity, no result) this evening until the Moon is trine Saturn at approximately 4am sounds unappealing but just articulating that this would be the last suggested time to initiate your ritual kit
Setting up your space for the initial ritual:
-Set up your candle and incense
-Bring in your sacred items or work with your altar
-Set up your foot bath
-Also have hot water handy if you want to continue to keep the footbath going
-Have a towel ready to wipe your feet or any spills
-Get comfy and grab a journal
-Consider your intention. More info in the following section
Getting ready to define an intention:
As there are 3 servings of the foot bath and 3 charcoal tablets it will be nice to continue your prayers and your intentions throughout the eclipse cycle which closes out on November 23 at the Sagittarius New Moon.
We may already know what we are processing internally right now, and it may also feel difficult to think as clearly prior to the eclipse. If you do not have an intention when you start your footbath, ask your guides to support you with showing you what will be most helpful to you at this time.
Here is a prayer that you can use to support your intention process as you initiate your ritual. If this feels aligned for you, please use. You’re welcome to add or subract from this template, and also don’t be shy to create your own.

About the footbath:
Sea salt, Chapparal, Juniper, Bentonite Clay, Eucalyptus essential oil, Wormwood essential oil, baking soda, ocotillo flower essence, orange blossom water
Feel free to wash your feet with clean water after the footbath and then applying oil with light massage. It is recommended to do before bed, or making sure that your environment after the bath is low key, not hectic and if possible meditative. I like the idea of doing the bath and going straight to bed.
The energetics of this upcoming month are very ungrounding on many levels, with the air and water element very active. A foot bath brings the energy downward and also promotes detoxification (which is a function that is synonymous with Scorpio).
These footbaths bring an opportunity to draw energy downwards from the active mind and heart to a more grounded state. It is likely that you will be more present with your feelings and during this time & that may look like sadness/grief/anxiety/hurt/anger. In my experience, the emotional effects of the footbath are strong the next day - and so, understand that ritual is not only the moment of initiation, but it is a continual effort (and often unconscious workings) to be with your intentions that you define.
About the herbs:
Gotu Kola & Bacopa are herbs that are part of the Ayurvedic system of medicine and are often used interchangeably (though they are different energetically). These herbs support the nervous system and particularly help with the focus and concentration of the mind. Here are differences between them:
Gotu Kola: (Suggested use week 1)
-Can slightly increase appetite
-Supports a busybody that tends toward fatigue and mental burnout
-Supports healthy hair and skin
Bacopa: (Suggested use week 3)
-Can slightly suppress appetite, so best to take with warming foods like ginger, chai and foods that will support digestion
-Tends to be a stronger nervine, meaning more relaxant
-Improves memory, supports meditation and deeply rejuvenating to the nervous system and brain
-Cleansing to liver and blood, can be used for menstrual pain, muscle pain and constipation
Dr Morse parasite blend: (Suggested use week 4)
This formula contains - Wormwood Herb, Black Walnut Hull (tree nuts), Pau d'Arco Bark, Parsley Root & Leaf, Wormseed Herb, Cat's Claw Bark, Clove Bud, Barberry Root, Tansy Herb, Fennel Seed, Cascara Sagrada Bark, Cape Aloe Leaf
These herbs are commonly used to kill parasites. We will be doing a small dosage which is not intense, but more energetic. The are not to be taken while pregnant.
