The Equinox Cleanse Groups in 2024 were wildly successful with very happy cleansers that reported glowing health, spiritual clarity and better life circumstances post cleanse! This cleanse will be more gentle, still very effective and we will work together for a longer period of time. These cleanses are a culmination of my studies for 10+ years in holistic healing, yoga/meditation, ritual work, herbalism, and as a chef that uses food as medicine.
